Patric Heberlein began his career in executive search during his studies as a Researcher at Heads!, Munich.
After graduating, he gained several years of operational sales experience at Lidl and NORMA in Austria, providing him with direct insight into retail structures, decision-making processes and market dynamics.
Returning to Germany, he held positions at leading executive search firms:
- JBH Personalberatung Herget, Munich
- Rau Consultants, Munich (Senior Consultant, later Partner and Authorized Signatory)
- Hofmann Consultants, Frankfurt (Principal Executive Search, focus on consumer goods and retail)
